This Level 3 Food Safety course will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of food safety. The Food Safety Act 1990 and the Food Hygiene Regulations state that your employees responsible for developing and maintaining your food safety management procedures must be appropriately trained.
Therefore managers and supervisors should receive a more advanced level of training which highlights their specific responsibilities associated with supervising and managing a safe food operation.
Firstly, the training will develop an understanding of what the principles of effective food safety management procedures are. This 3 day food safety course includes the following modules:
Day 1 & 2: 9:30am-17:00pm, Day 3: 9:30am – 16:00pm.
