We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your course confirmation to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, you must not have accessed your online course and started the elearning. You must give us notice you will want a refund before attending your course date. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return email and refund via Stripe.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
No refunds can be processed on larger group bookings with multiple learners across the classroom and online courses. An exception to this for special circumstances will have to be discussed with a member of our sales team.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
